Career Journey
I started out curious about making things, in visual communication and new media. Over 15 years, each stage added a new layer: business, mobile, consulting, research, leadership and engineering. Today I own products end to end: I design them, build them and ship them.

It started with curiosity about how things are made. At Arena Animation I learned visual communication, multimedia and new media, and started working as a designer.

Associate Design Engineer
I worked closely with business analyst teams to understand requirements before designing, which taught me to start with the business problem and not the screen.
Contribution. Stanza, an e-commerce platform where I learned the e-commerce ecosystem end to end.

UX Designer, consulting MNCs
I moved into mobile app design and studied how iOS and Android think, designing for each platform's conventions instead of porting web screens. Working with global consulting firms, I led projects on-site with clients in the USA (Denver and California).

Senior UX Designer → UX Lead, Agility E-Services (a subsidiary of Agility, global logistics)
I started leading design. I ran user research across India, the UK, the USA and Canada, and turned a developer-driven freight platform into workflow-driven operations. I also introduced UX governance and mentored designers.
